Print the Accident Kit form and familiarize yourself with the content of the form and place it in your glove compartment with a pen (to fill out the forms), pencil (to draw the place of accident), chalk (to mark the vehicles position if serious injury or death) and a disposable camera (to take pictures of both vehicles and the scene). If your cell phone has a camera, you can ignore the disposable camera.
