Lireas Holdings is an investment holding company for insurance-related investments. Mahogany Capital, a private equity company, owns 49% of Lireas which give Lireas access to additional expertise as well as a strong black economic partner who is already active in venture capital funding. Lireas in turn provides the Hannover Re Africa Group with access to specialized niche markets, as well as a diversified source of income. |
