Our Mission:
To promote and advance the interests of our members in the South African unlisted property investment industry and to serve the professional interests of members.
Who is SAAPS?
SAAPS is the South African Association of Property Syndicators. Our mission is to represent the interests of the investors and managers of unlisted property investments. This includes representing the growing number of retail investors investing in commercial property through those managed property funds commonly referred to as "Property Syndicates". The membership of SAAPS includes property fund managers, custodians, valuers, property financiers and other professionals in the property industry.
SAAPS’s primary goal is to help South Africans to confidently invest in a collective way in property in order to build their wealth and achieve financial security through managed property investments such as property syndicates.
