Shayela Approved is a service provider to the South African Insurance Association (SAIA) providing the necessary standards for insured and other driver education.

The necessary survival skills are provided to Shayela Partners which are the Driver Training Organisations throughout South Africa. We are proud to have designed programs unique to South African conditions which will assist in the reduction of the unacceptable carnage on our roads.

Once you have successfully completed the Shayela Approved Defensive Driver Course at your chosen approved driving school, you will be equipped with the necessary skills to deal with the poor situation on our roads and will also be rewarded with a reduction in your insurance fees. This certification is valid for two years.

We also provide a certification mechanism for setting saftey standards via our stringent testing programs:

We have identified the need to certify the correct SABS and Shayela Approved fitment standards of tow bars to vehicles via a certified and trained fitment centre.
For all driver safety we have assessed and approved a tyre solution additive that dramatically reduces the chances of a puncture or blow out.
