Our passion and field of interest lies in the realm of fire risk surveys, including all of the traditional perils associated with fire policies, such as lightning, explosion, storm, tempest, flood, earthquakes and earth tremors, subsidence and landslip and malicious damage.
Independent surveying on a pre or post loss basis ensures an unbiased objective snapshot view of the risk at the time of survey and can be an invaluable guide for an underwriter, claims manager or an intermediary, who wishes to add value to their clients’ risk management and risk transfer processes.
Our surveying capacity includes commercial and industrial, farming, personal lines, and specialised risks such as woodworking, mills, thatch risks, factories and the like.
Our benchmark return time for surveys is 4 days from the date the instruction is received, but this can be accelerated when expedient.
