An informative, thought provoking one-day workshop covering the development of individual resilience, positive coping, thriving and flourishing behaviour.
Constant organisational change and high job demands directly impacts employee wellness, their productivity and the profitability of organisations. Additionally, business ambiguity also contributes to uncertainty, job insecurity, workplace stress and employee burnout that in turn negatively affect human capital management and organisation development processes. All of these negative behavioural traits tend to manifest in the organisation’s culture, but it can be reversed if employers proactively invest in positive leadership, cohesive teamwork and employee resilience development (positive coping behaviour). When organisational change is managed from a strength-based approach, and with positivity organisations tend to capitalise more on human capital development and innovative business opportunities.  
CGF Research Institute (Pty) Ltd is proud to offer a one-day Coaching Positive Change Workshop that addresses cognitive, emotional, motivational, physical and social coping behaviour as an outcome-based wellness programme. The intervention is well researched and focuses on global evidence and best practices.  Delegates will gain personal development not only from the presentations, but also from the practical experiential growth path and the group coaching sessions. Delegates will learn more about the most important positive coping behaviours that relate to effective stress management and individual resilience that support the development of a thriving workforce.  
Workshop delegates will enjoy lectures, practical exercises, interactive group sessions and individual and group coaching sessions, while at the same time being empowered to coach their fellow colleagues.  Delegates will learn, and experience positive coping behaviour techniques in order to coach positive coping behaviour for others that include aspects such as:

  • Cognitive reframing and mindfulness
  • Positive emotions that broaden and build creativity
  • Character strengths and goal directed achievement
  • Self-regulation and self-efficacy development
  • Individual dispositions for positive coping behaviour

  • Positive communication, praise and recognition
The Coaching Positive Change Workshop is aimed at corporate leaders and the persons responsible for the implementation and management of the human resources and employee wellness development. Only 15 registered delegates will be accepted for each workshop. The Coaching Positive Change Workshop is a must attend for:
