SAICA's Top 35-Under-35 program, an annual recognition initiative, seeks to identify and celebrate chartered accountants under 35 who have made exceptional contributions to the accounting profession and society. The program recognises individuals who exemplify career excellence, demonstrate leadership potential, and commit to ethical conduct.

 

As CFO and Executive Director at Fulcrum Group, Ellen Gower-Mzolo has set a remarkable example. She has broken barriers as the first female CFO and one of the youngest directors in our company's history. Her tenure has seen impressive growth and profitability for the Fulcrum Collections and Fulcrum Premium Finance divisions, establishing them as the foremost providers of outsourced premium collections and insurance financing in South Africa.
