Short Term Claims Administrator: Pretoria Centurion area

We are looking for a Claims expert to join our Claims team in Centurion to provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to our strategic broker network.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Registering new claims
• Attending to claims-related queries
• Attending to daily diary notes
• Attending to “In Progress” and “Outstanding” claims
• Processing supplier invoices
• Loading payment requests
• Authorising claims within the policy parameters
• Finalising claims when all information is available
• Ensures that all quotes and assessment reports are validated prior to finalising the claim
• Validating and confirming cover immediately after a claim has been registered
• Appointing assessors / service providers within 24 hours
Minimum requirements: (NB only applicants which have the minimum requirements will be communicated with)
• Matric
• NQF Level 4 Certificate in Short-Term Insurance or higher
• Regulatory Examination Passed – RE5
• 5 Years’ experience working without supervision in Commercial and Personal Lines claims
• Must be able to work without supervision on both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Motor and Non-Motor
• Extremely detailed focused
• Must be able to work under extreme work pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Must show compassion
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette
