How to Access Talent






As part of our social initiatives and in order to help people find jobs within the insurance and financial services sectors, we offer employers free vacancy listings.


Given that many insurance practitioners, students and higher education learners use Insurance Gateway® as an information and research and development tool, the platform provides employers with an ideal platform to access talent.


If you prefer to recruit via an agency you are welcome to tell your agency about this offer.


Presently we have several Employment Agencies and Recruitment Consultants using the facility and we also receive many direct placements.


Submitting a vacancy

You can start the process, by sending an enquiry via the “Contact IG” eMail link at the very bottom of the page or preferably, by submitting the vacancy yourself online.


To submit a vacancy online, please click on the tab for “Submit a Vacancy” which is on the top right hand side of the Careers Section’s landing page and fill in the form. Once you have completed the information, fill in the randomly generated form code and click on submit.


NB When submitting a vacancy online, it will not display immediately. In order to prevent frivolous entries, when vacancies are submitted online, we receive an email notification of same and then usually, within the same day enable the posting.


Vacancies are posted for a period of one month and will naturally expire after that period.
