Learners who wish to build a professional career in Long-Term Insurance and Investment Financial Services should seriously consider the National Certificate in Wealth Management at NQF level 5 offered by Moonstone Business School of Excellence (MBSE).
This qualification provides learners with a wide range of specialised and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the applicable legislation, economic principles and the financial services industry in general.
The National Certificate in Wealth Management provides a framework for learners to develop competencies related to the Long-term Insurance sub-sector, including Life Benefits, Retirement Funds, as well as Collective Investments, Wealth Creation and Wealth Management.
In addition, it provides a balanced learning experience which allows learners to apply academic skills in practical workplace applications.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Learners who have already obtained qualifying credits will be assisted by MBSE via a mapping exercise to determine the validity of such credits. Following this, a student-specific learning programme will be compiled to address the unit standards required for the full qualification.
